Dr. Mufti Ammaar Saeed is an American Muslim scholar, author, chaplain, Islamic educator, psychology counselor, and independent jurist. He is the founder of the Islamic Research Foundation New York, AHAD TV, ALIM University, and Shariah Council of America.

His academic and Islamic education includes studies through programs associated with the International Islamic University and Madinah University, along with continued research in traditional Islamic sciences and Islamic jurisprudence. He has academic backgrounds includes numerous degrees and certifications in multi professional fields, also double majored in Computer Science and Business Administration, as well as dual Doctorate in Islamic Studies and Counseling Psychology, and has also advanced IFTA Program with modern issues.

Dr. Mufti Ammaar Saeed has served as a New York Family Court Counselor and paralegal advisor, providing guidance in Muslim family matters, Islamic counseling, and Shariah-related issues. As an independent jurist, he has delivered thousands of lectures and provided fatwas and Shariah guidance based on the Qur’an and Sunnah while engaging with the broader Islamic scholarly tradition.

He has counseled Muslims internationally on Islamic family law, Nikah, Talaq, Khula, Faskh, divorce, and other Shariah matters. He is also the author of numerous Islamic books and multi-volume fatwa publications, available through online platforms, Amazon, and bookstores internationally.

AHAD TV Media Network operates a global Islamic media and education network with 5,000+ websites, hundreds of YouTube channels, 300+ Islamic social media groups, and an Islamic digital library of 20,000+ books and publications, along with approximately one million online Islamic media resources.

Its mission is to provide authentic Islamic education and publications to Muslims and non-Muslims worldwide. The organization had distributed thousands of Qurans annually and provides its Islamic educational media and resources free of charge, without a primary focus on commercial advertising revenue.
